1. Shipping

We deliver across Kenya (and East Africa where courier services allow). Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location:

Nairobi: Same day or next-day delivery
Major towns: 1-3 business days
Other regions: 3-5 business days (depending on courier services)

You’ll receive a tracking number or courier details once your order is dispatched. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
Non-returnable items:
- Electrical/electronic parts once installed
- Special-order or custom parts
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Process:

Contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return
We’ll guide you on where to send/bring back the item
Once inspected, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 5 business days

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
